Terms of Service

By creating a Fituner account you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not skipped. If something is unclear, email us.

1. The service

Fituner generates personalised daily workout plans using AI, lets you log sets and reps, and tracks your progress over time. The service is provided as-is. We may update, expand, or change features at any time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Fituner. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

3. Health and fitness disclaimer

Fituner generates workout suggestions based on the information you provide. This is not medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you have existing injuries, conditions, or concerns. You train at your own risk.

The AI can make mistakes. Always apply your own judgment to the workouts generated. If something feels wrong, stop.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Fituner to scrape data, reverse-engineer the AI system, attempt unauthorised access to other accounts, or do anything that would interfere with the service for other users. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

5. Your data

You own your workout data. We use it to run the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

6. Intellectual property

The Fituner name, logo, design system, and software are owned by us. The workout plans generated for you are yours to use for personal fitness. You may not redistribute or commercialise them without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fituner is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your preferences. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we will give you at least 14 days notice and a data export.

9. Changes to these terms

We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
